Anywayz, should i quit my current permanent nyte shifts?
I've been thinkin about it a fair bit the past week.
If i were to go back into the normal rotating shifts, i'd gain the ward allowance.
(i honestly still don't noe how much!)
Am pretty sure my salary is gonna take a dive without the nyte allowance.
I guess i can still take up frequent weekend nyte shifts.
Dat meanz, i'll gain in ward allowance + weekly nyte allowance + meals allowances!
Haiya, i'm still not sure.
But i guess wit the proposed new rostering, it'll be better if i go back into rotating shifts.
Else i'll lose hours.
Or so they say.
