The aura of the Moon
Date : Wednesday, September 3, 2008
We (daddy, me and d.kakak) brought mom to our nearest A&E yesterday.
Pretty fast.
She went into Triage almost immediately.
And was seen by the doctor almost 10minutes later.

She had an x-ray done - twice!
Cos the first wasn't good enuff or sumn.

The doctor said, she fractured her fibula, or in laymen's term, her calf bone.
Nuthing serious.
Almost every known cases of fibula fractures doesn't lead to complications.

In fact, all she had on ryte now is a bandage and a pair of crutches.
Obviously d.mommy refused to get any close to the crutches.
Old people, they're ALWAYZ stubborn.

She even insisted on going back to work last nyte despite being given a 2 week long Hospitalisation Leave.
And mind u, she could barely get off the toilet bowl after peeing/shytting.
We had to assist in lifting her up the seat!

Ha!

Now she's finally listening to us.
She walks wit the crutches occasionally.
She doesn't put too much weight onto her left foot.
And most importantly, she doesn't mention work.
Anymore!

2 weeks more to her appointment wit an orthopedic.
Till den, crutches and bandage stays on her.
At all tymes!

Speakin of which, i need to get another set of bandage and a whole roll or micropore tape.
Bandage loosens when she walk too much.
